Revitalization is Moving Forward

Working in collaboration with Golden Gate Village residents and the Resident Council, Marin Housing Authority (MHA) and Burbank Housing have partnered to revitalize Golden Gate Village and preserve its historic significance while also ensuring long-term affordability for residents.
The first phase of revitalization includes 88 homes and is anticipated to begin in May, 2026. Depending on funding sources, it is anticipated Phase 2 may begin as soon as Fall of 2027.
